- •What is Work Cafe?The Work Cafe is a web platform that allows you to order specially discounted food to your office from various renowned brands. In the current scheme of things, we are extending these services to apartments and homes as well.
- •What Cities Are The Work Cafe Services Available In?We are currently present in 35 cities in India. That includes Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vadodara Surat, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhopal, Nagpur, Nasik, Kota, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Pondicherry, Vizag, Vijayawada, Vellore, Tiruppur, Mysore, Kochi, Kolkata, Tirupati, Coimbatore & expanding soon to other locations.
Order Placement
- •How do I place an order?
Working from office
- Select “locate me” or enter your delivery area manually and choose from the given suggestions.
- It will then take you to the menu page with different collections (Eg: Wraps, Quick Meals, Pizza etc ) at the top bar with the menu items mentioned below.
- Add what you would like to order to your cart.
- The moment you add one menu item to the cart, the website will prompt you to log in with your phone number and you will receive an OTP.
- Type the initials of your company name and select your company name from the given search results.
- If your company name doesn't appear, then add your company name and address (For any new company name, we will need up to 48 hours to approve and you will receive the confirmation message on phone number previously provided) and then you can order.
- Once all this is done, click the cart, make the payment and wait for your order to be delivered.
Working From Home
- Select “locate me” or enter your delivery area manually and choose from the given suggestions.
- It will then take you to the menu page with different collections (Eg: Wraps, Quick Meals, Pizza etc ) at the top bar with the menu items mentioned below.
- Add what you would like to order to your cart.
- Select apartment/home enter floor no, area, landmark
- Confirm the location on the map.
- Select a time slot and place the order./li>
- •I am not able to see my company name in the drop-down list, how do I add the same?Don't worry, there is a simple solution to that. If your company name doesn't appear, then add your company name and address and then sit back and relax.
For any new company name, we will need up to 48 hours to approve and you will receive the confirmation message on the phone number previously provided. Once confirmed, you can then proceed to order. - • I want to order from home, how do I register the address?Once you log in- select your location. You will then be able to explore the menu for that location. Once you have decided what to order, add them to the cart. If an address is not selected already, a company/apartment selection will open up. Search for your society. If already listed, you can select your society name, enter your flat no and you are good to go. In case, your society name is not mentioned in the list you can fill all the address details and place the order.
Delivery Charges or Free Delivery
- •What is the Minimum Order Value I have to order?There is no delivery fee for orders that are valued at or more than Rs.99
- •How much is the delivery charge if I order less than Rs 99?We levy Rs 59 delivery charge in case the order value is below Rs 99.
- •What are the different payment modes I can use?There are different modes of payments like COD, Sodexo card, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets like Paytm, phonepe etc that you can use as per your convenience.
- •What is scheduled /slotted delivery?Every order will go out in pre-determined slots of one hour. You can pre-order as well and we will deliver as per your desired slot.
Return/Cancellation
- •Can I cancel my order?Order once placed, cannot be cancelled, returned or altered as we start making the food immediately on receiving the order.

- •How do I place a bulk order?
You can use any of these three methods:
- From the top right of your screen select the option “Team Order”

And we promise that we will sweeten the deal for you if you want to feed 10 people or more.
After Order placement
- •What happens once your order has successfully been placed ?
As soon as your order gets placed you will receive an SMS (Order status: It's not complicated! Track it live here - https://www.theworkcafe.com/track-order) and by clicking on this link you can track your orders live and see the current status of your order i.e cooking, out for delivery and then a final confirmation message as soon as the order has been delivered.
- •My money got deducted but I did not get any message about order confirmation, What should I do?Kindly call at our helpline number : 8433530006, we will surely help you to sort this out.
